Step 2
Run monitor + reconcile
Probes each property (200 / 404 / SPA 404 / 402), pings citefleet.app and botcentral.org health, then scores ten checks. Drift blocks the next mention spike in policy even if a checkbox is ticked.
Step 3
Freeze
Freeze all acts, or freeze one door (catalog, mentions, submissions, spend, autopilot). Thaw from the same page. Command and Campaign show a banner while frozen.
Step 4
Proof
A done task with no evidence URL fails “Ticks have proof.” Do not tick Trustpilot without a live listing URL.
